Because of the expose to air, the head of my penis was very dried out to the point the exteriour felt leathery. After rubbing with hydrating bodylotion (immediate result, avoided the wound and stitches) with allowing it all to air (thank god for peignoirs) gave satisfactory results.
Swelling is still present but less significant, irritation of the foreskin is more and more an issue: there is redness and the skinfold which is pressed against by the swolen skin remains moist. Possibility of cleaving, so I'm paying extra care to keep the fold dry.
The wound looks much better, there is some crusting while the threads are seeming to fade. Morningerections are annoying (the pressure felt of the stitches motivates a stronger erection) but not extremely painful.
With the nice progress, I decided to shower. To keep the head soft and hydrated, I applied the bodycream on top, the prescribed cream on the stitches while padding with bandage to avoid too much friction with clothing.
I hope during the weekend I'll be able to at least partially roll back my foreskin to increase comfort.
